My comeback appearance at the ward was something that i wasn’t looking forward to, but who doesn’t ? My 17 days of leave has been a good one. I had successfully cleaned my room and dumped those 3 years of nursing notes, well, except for the biology and medical-surgical ones.I made fruit tarts and cup cakes and I’m back to WordPress.

Work kept me occupied. I’ve not heard anything from love 54 hours and counting. Hope he’s alright. (Apparently camping at Pulau Ubin.)

Yesterday, I successfully tricked him to watching Date Night whereas I’ve booked Youth In Revolt. He wanted to catch this movie as long as i can remember. He was thrilled and i was a happy girl. Surprises doesn’t need occassions, darling.

Finally,a song to celebrate the change of the page’s template. Doing the header is kinda tough since it was ages since i meddled up with Photoshop. Why pin-ups? I have always been fascinated with the sultriness of a classic signature red lipstick and the winged eye-liner.Match it up with a white tight dress and a pair of fabulous wedges, wow, that’s a fashion statement!

After the long disappearance, i stand here, slighty crooked and chiselled at the same time. With the contemplation of transferring to yet another restructured hospital( to the irony,the construction has not even started!), the informed decision shall remain at my current workplace. Work politics are inevitable, it comes in a package.

I’ll be aunt soon,in a few weeks time actually. The family is anticipating his presence.

Love has been as sweet and supportive throughout the phases where i stumbled and struggled,stood up and carried on.There was once when i had a terrible gastric flu and i couldn’t get up or walk, it was like earth hour. He’ll be at all ears for me, ranging from ventilation to nonsensical subjectivity to ohmygod,ain-that’s-a very atrocious song you’re singing. Fridays has always been special, a mandatory for us to meet and we’ll talk over stuff. 2 more months before he’ll be the official hot hot officer and i’m the ultra hotnurse. Oh my, that’s cheesy.
